PRODUCER GAS SYSTEM

Introduction:

Living standard in India has increased in past few years for well educated people. Increased power demand to 263 MW is the indication. Additional generation has come through due to solar power which was unheard of in early this century. Much easier option is of “selection of biomass” as fuel. The propose option saves money, decarbonises and leads to circular economy i.e. value of fuel going to farmers instead of sheikh in gulf. Out of Country Sea transport is also avoided. Hither to shifting of biomass involved manual operation which required round the clock manpower which made economic sense only if consumption was more and at one point.

Now, things are different as: -
1)Savings are large.
2)a) Decarburization of exhausts, now preferred choice of elite customers. b) to renewables need of hour.
3)Saving expenses.

We propose to pulverise fuel and stock some fuel and feed it in regulated manner with screw / in suspension / or as gas. If gasified clean gas generally requires tar removal, refiring and contaminated water removal & refiring. We propose following model for foundries for Aluminium & Ferrous post treatments.
